Arrangements in case of Typhoon or Rainstorms
Nov 3 Session Arrangement:
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rain Warning is hoisted until Nov 3 6:00 AM, the morning sessions of the congress will be cancelled.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rain Warning is cancelled between Nov 3 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the afternoon sessions of the congress will be resumed.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rain Warning is hoisted until Nov 3 12:00 PM, the afternoon sessions of the congress will be cancelled.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rain Warning is cancelled between Nov 3 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the Congress Banquet will go on as planned.
• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rain Warning is hoisted until Nov 3 4:00 PM, the Congress Banquet will be cancelled.
*If the morning sessions of the congress are cancelled, only the Award Paper Session and Award Poster Session will be rescheduled to morning of Nov 4. Please check the official website (http://hkoa.org/HKOA38/) for latest update.

• If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rain Warning is hoisted until Nov 4 12:00 PM, the afternoon sessions of the congress will be cancelled.
